Would you like to sell your zines and miscellaneous goods?
The next entry suspension will be from December 21, 2026 (Monday) to January 11, 2027 (Monday).
◎Regarding listings (Updated: 2026.8.10)
◎There are no listing fees.
▷Applications are accepted throughout the year.
However, we will suspend entries for five days before and after the first day of the monthly ZINE event.
If you wish to participate in a related event, please register at least 10 days before the event date.

→ Up to 2 titles, 5 items each.
*For ZINEs priced at 2,000 yen (including tax) or more, we limit purchases to 3 copies per title.
*One sample copy is provided separately.
◯ Miscellaneous goods (stickers, postcards, acrylic keychains, etc.)
→Up to 5 items of each of the 3 types.
*If all items are the same price, multiple designs are acceptable.
◯T-shirt
→ 2 types (designs) / 3 sizes / Up to 2 items of each type. *Please refrain from submitting entries for 3 or more types.
●Basic period: 3 months *Extensions are not permitted. We do not accept extension requests from artists.
However, for items that sell out within the specified period, SUT may contact you individually (via email) to discuss additional shipments, depending on sales and customer requests.
[Important Notice Regarding Additional Deliveries]
• Listing fee: There is no additional listing fee (free).
・Delivery Rules: The same delivery rules (delivery slip, packaging, price stickers, etc.) as for the initial delivery will apply to additional deliveries. As preparations are often made on short notice, please keep a copy of the initial delivery slip and the terms and conditions on hand and prepare according to the rules.
●T-shirts will only be accepted for the event period.
→Please complete the settlement and return procedures within the month following the end of the event.
◎Consignment/Provisional Delivery Slip

*Please include the author's name (publisher's name), each title, sales price (including tax), markup, number of copies to be delivered, and whether or not a sample copy is required.
▷If you wish to use the printing service (30 yen), please send your documents in PDF format beforehand.

Whether you are consigning or purchasing, please provide one copy for viewing purposes. *If you wish to have the item returned, please purchase the shipping fee from SUT Online.

No sample is needed.
◎T-shirts and tote bags
While we don't generally require samples, we will need one for display purposes. Since there's a possibility of stains or other damage during the display, we would appreciate it if you could lend us a sample if you have one.
◎Please attach a price tag.

◎Please put it in an OPP bag.
If you wish to use our paid services, please select your preference when filling out the entry form.

*For delivery orders, please purchase from SUT Online (online price: 400 yen).
◎If you wish to outsource
• ZINEs: There are no particularly strict standards, but please refrain from submitting items that violate public order and morals or infringe on any rights.
・Miscellaneous goods: Please attach documents or allow us to check them on the website.
◎ About buying back
Currently, we are not accepting requests from sellers. After delivery as a consignment, SUT may contact you to propose a change to a buyback/40% rate. We will ask for your consent to this change via the entry form.
・Miscellaneous goods: We do not accept miscellaneous goods for purchase.
●Original artworks, one-of-a-kind object pieces, etc.

●Set sales: We cannot accept orders for sets of items that can be sold individually, such as postcards or stickers.
▷It is possible to create a set that includes stickers and other items with the zine.
●Photo books, art collections, and visual books require review even when submitted on consignment. Please provide a sample copy when submitting your entry.
◎Listing fee: Free

◎Online store listing information
We will post the ZINE information you provided when filling out the entry form.
- Title / Price (including tax) / Description / Specifications (size, number of pages), etc.
*We will publish entries as they are filled out.
◎ Online sales price
In addition to the sales commission for in-store purchases, you will also be responsible for the online service fees.
*Payment processing fee (3.6% + 40 yen) + service fee (3%)
▷ How to handle sales commissions
1) Add the online service fee to the sales price.
- For orders under 1,000 yen: A flat rate of 100 yen will be added.
• For orders over 1,001 yen: 10% of the selling price will be added.
2) No change in selling price / The seller bears the cost.

• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your sales proceeds.
If the sales proceeds are insufficient, you will need to purchase additional items from SUT Online.

◎Regarding opening a store
To those interested in setting up a booth at SUT: We welcome anyone who is drawn to the atmosphere of SUT, wants to discuss ZINE production, or has been recommended by other vendors. We recommend visiting us first, but you can also get a feel for the atmosphere by checking out our Instagram or website.
◎ Request for Notice
Once your participation is confirmed, please announce it on social media. Your cooperation will help us reach many customers, so thank you in advance.
◎ Participation in external events and pop-up shops
When SUT participates in external events, we may randomly select items from those we have received for sale. Thank you for your understanding.
*No additional sales commission will be charged.
*If sales outside of SUT are not permitted, please let us know at the time of delivery.
◎Important rules regarding photography and media publication
- Official photography and publication: Products entrusted to us and in-store displays may be photographed and published in official social media, web media, and magazines.
• Customer photography: Customers visiting the store are free to take photos of the store and products and post them on social media.
