We're holding our New Year's sale again this year, 2023!
NY UTILITY canvas is available, of course, as well as a full lineup of popular regular items from SUT.
The first sale of the year is a New Year's greeting.
From the New York brand Utility Canvas, we'll have a wide selection of UC items, including popular UC aprons, shopping totes, and winter coats. Also, highlights of our first sale include familiar Mexican goods from Chichineo and linen fashion from STERN, among others. These will be offered at incredibly low prices, focusing on display items and B-grade products with minor flaws like loose threads or slight imperfections. Many more fashion items and food products are also planned to be added, so please look forward to our extensive lineup!
Try on an apron
You might feel a little confused the first time you use a UC apron. Cross the long ribbons to adjust it to your body shape and tie it in the front or back at a comfortable position. Once you get the hang of it, it will be easy to use next time. If you'd like to try it on, please feel free to ask us anytime during business hours. The appeal of UC items lies in their simple design and exceptional durability. Founded in 1990 by New York-based brand directors Jillian and Hull, this canvas-specialized brand began when Jillian, a designer, sought a simple yet sturdy bag and collaborated with a yacht sail factory to create tote bags. While popular in Japan, these bags are designed to be enjoyed for years, developing a unique patina over time, much like jeans.

Chichineo means "cheers" in Zapotec. Having traveled extensively throughout Mexico, we've gathered handcrafted items that reflect the passion of their creators, as well as heartwarming雑貨 (zakka - miscellaneous goods). Bringing a touch of spice and color to your everyday life from Mexico.

→STERN (Stern) / Mari Watanabe, based in Shonan. After gaining experience in haute couture and stage costume making, she became a freelancer. While raising children in Shonan, she meticulously creates original linen and cotton clothing, paying attention to every detail.
