For Valentine's Day, why not give a zine along with some comforting slow food?

SUT offers food items that reflect a strong commitment to quality. These are foods that are carefully and diligently made with the hope that everyone will enjoy them.
From Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, comes USHIO CHOCOLATL's chocolate. Now a major trend, USHIO CHOCOLATL was the first in Japan to start with the Bean to Bar method, manufacturing chocolate entirely from cocoa beans. They visit the production areas of the cocoa beans, share meals and conversations with the farmers, and feel the vibes of the surrounding environment, creating a chocolate that embodies "the background story of the cocoa beans" in every bar. You can't help but feel the passion and dedication behind this "food."
From Tosayamada Town, Kochi Prefecture, comes DADA NUTS BUTTER. On the second floor of a red reinforced concrete building, they hand-roast nuts, manufacture nut butter, bottle, package, and sell it. The Hirawa Chinsuko, imbued with the Waketake Welfare Association's desire for peace, is made without lard, using locally produced brown sugar and other ingredients for a crisp, gentle flavor.
This event also features items born from meticulous attention to detail, from ingredients and manufacturing methods to design and distribution. Through the stories of these "foods," we hope to encourage reflection on "what slow food is" and provide a chance to truly engage with food. We also hope this event inspires you to embark on a journey to explore each of these brands.
Because it's a gift of heartfelt sentiment for someone special, you want to give "food" or "drinks" that are carefully crafted with attention to ingredients and design.
